When hosting events its not only important to think about the execution. Questions that must be asked as well are:

Make sure to make the information about your event available early!

Anyone with the Community Advocate or Events roles has permissions to create and add events to the community calendars.

The general process for adding community events is as follows:

  1. Add to Discord Events
  2. Add to calendar feed via Sesh
  3. Create event on Link3 (optional)
