When hosting events its not only important to think about the execution. Questions that must be asked as well are:

roles has permissions to create and add events to the community calendars.
The general process for adding community events is as follows:
Enter the event menu on the top left of the Discord app
Click on Create Event
Choose the correct channel or add a link for where the event takes place.
Fill out everything in this screen. A compelling image helps to get more attention. If there is a thread in #poolparties make sure to link it in the description.
Click on Next
, review everything and create the event 🎉
